Construction with rugged steel design. The central duct-tube for the transport helix has a high wall thickness which allows to obtain a very stiff structure.

• Power transmission via V-belts (with protection casing)
• Centrally located conveyor auger (Diam. 300 mm), partially in tube duct, with  2 bearings:
  lower bearing sealed combination lateral/longitudinal bearing/upper bearing lateral.
• The guidance duct for the auger has 3 openings: low for the feeding of the material, above the internal discharge within the silo, at the center for the discharge of the silo.

At the lower part of the silo are located:

• The loading hopper with protection grid
• A material discharge opening
• A cleaning door for the helix with electrical protection closure
• a man-door for the inspection and cleaning of the silo, closed by electrical protection
• Level control combined with viewing glass and automatic max. level control 
• Electric switchboard
• Design acc. to the safety rules of the EU (CE).
