Guillotine

The Guillotine is suited to pre-cut all kinds of plastic material without destroying its chemical structure. The material can be in form of bales, rolls, tubes, containers or other.

The unit is PLC-controlled, the cutting speed and process is adjustable and synchronized with the conveyors up and downstream. The blade is guided by 2 toothed racks, where pinions hold the cutting edge in a perfectly horizontal position. The cutting force is applied by a central vertical hydraulic piston.

Safety devices protect the personnel according to the CE guidelines.
